Its founder recognized the large gap in reliable referral services in Alaska and a need within Alaskan households for more support. Alaskan families show up rain or snow or shine and day-to-day operations are impossible without professional and reliable support. Ranch Hand aims to be that support as we continue to build a reliable portfolio of service providers. No monthly fees or hidden hurdles. We keep it simple. The homeowner or business lets us know their need for quality staff, we do the background checks/interviews/vetting, you see if they are a good fit, and we handle the invoicing. Consider us your new best friend/professional personal assistant. Whether you are a busy mom juggling school drop offs and laundry or a business struggling to find support staff, we aim to fill the gap. As we grow and develop a strong eco-system from Anchorage to the Valley to Girdwood, we hope to expand even further!
